Within many large companies, implementing methodologies and tools to create a collaborative and inclusive culture are invaluable.
Our client came to us looking for a tool to support organizational transformation. Much like empathy and self-awareness, curiosity is a proven and useful leadership skill that is a struggle for many organizations to integrate into the every day. It requires embracing a style of working that favors asking questions over having answers; allowing employees at any level to challenge and ask “why”; embracing uncertainty; and granting permission to fail.
Drawing from our expertise in adult learning, cognitive psychology, strategic foresight and eastern philosophy, our team built a highly engaging, interactive e-learning system Working with a highly engaged client, we built methodologies and tools to bring about organizational change. To truly connect the dots, we knew this experience needed to be highly personalized - less corporate.
Our approach delivered a multi-module, multimedia e-learning program that is being rolled out across the globe, and to all functional areas. We provided inspiring content in the form of foundational learning principles, speaker videos, evaluative tools, case studies and “playing card” prompts. Research inputs ranged from Socrates to Adam Grant. Storytelling demonstrating the art of questioning in practice gave the content texture and relatability.
As a sign of the organization's commitment to instilling this new mindset, every employee in the organization will undergo this training, as part of the onboarding process. As well, it will expand beyond an e-learning module to include an in-person workshop that can be leveraged by work teams to put the principles into practice.
“I cannot believe the collaboration, the speed, the responsiveness with which you work. You listen to us, you learn our platform and tools, you incorporate our feedback, and add so much of yourselves to the work you do. I have worked with many partners and I have never seen anyone manage to do what you have done!"
