I am a futurist, designer, and all around CX strategist with over 15 years of experience in the field. As a practitioner at heart and experienced leader, I excel at designing and delivering complex projects from conception to completion. My work specializes in the methods and mindsets associated with strategic foresight, design thinking, and research synthesis.

Over the years, I have advised companies of all shapes and sizes (within and beyond pharma) and offered practical problem-solving support for issues of strategic importance. This includes things like how to improve experiences for customers and employees, how to position a brand and identify market opportunities, how to conceptualize and design products and services (primarily digital/hybrid), and how to plan for the long-term, analyze trends, and manage ongoing change.
