A pharmaceutical company was launching a new consumer website. To ensure an optimal user experience, the team wanted to test the website prior to the launch.

Challenge

To enhance user engagement, the client needed to identify the fundamental needs motivating patients to visit the website and evaluate how well the content addresses those needs.
